Mango Tango Dressing & Dip

1/4 cup The Herbery Mango Vinegar
2 tbs The Herbery Citrus Grapeseed Oil
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1 large clove of garlic peeled and quartered
1 medium mango skinned and diced
fresh ground pepper to taste

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until thick and smooth.  Use as a dip for fruit and vegetables, as a salad dressing or as a warm or cold sauce for chicken and seafood.
