Ginger Carrot Soup
As prepared by Chef Kevan Kerr

Will Need:

1 onion, sauteed for approx 1 min
1/8 cup ginger, rough chopped
1 bag (approx 1 kilogram) of carrots, peeled and rough chopped
1 litre of chicken/vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring to boil for 45 minutes and then puree.
Add cream on top before serving.
