Garlic Onion Bites |

1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated -- don't use the powdered stuff) 1/2 cup Spanish or red onion 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 4 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste Whole-wheat flatbread or whole-wheat tortillas Mix ingredients and spread on flatbread or tortilla. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 - 12 minutes, until top is bubbling. Serve warm. |
