Chocolate Monkey Breakfast

Chocolate lover’s smoothie = serves 1

As a devoted chocolate lover, I need to get my chocolate “fix” on a regular
basis. The smoothie recipe below satisfies my weakness for chocolate all the
while providing filling protein and essential fats.

Ingredients:

*    1 cup of soy milk or low fat milk
*    1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (proteins+ by genuine health)
*    ½ medium sized banana, frozen
*    1 tsp of ground flaxseeds or flaxseed oil
*    1 splash of chocolate syrup


Directions:

Simply combine all the ingredients in your blender in the morning, blend on
high for 1 minute and enjoy!
