Chocolate Cream Pots
As prepared by Chef Mike Benninger - Feb 7

Really Easy Chocolate Cream Pots

Makes 4 serves

1 cup whole milk            1 egg
Pinch salt                1 cup semi-sweet chocolate
chips, the really dark ones
2 tablespoons liqueur (optional)

Heat milk in a small pan/microwave over moderate heat until it comes to
a boil. In a
blender/food processor combine egg, sugar, semisweet chips, and liqueur
on low speed. Pour in boiling milk in a slow stream (it should take 45
seconds or so). The hot milk will cook egg and melt chocolate. Process
or blend 1 minute, until smooth, then divide equally into 4 dishes or
ramekins. Chill for 2 hour, to set up, but remove 1/2 hour before
service so it warms slightly.

Make this dessert and allow 2 hours to set up, and if overnight cover
with clean film after a few hours to avoid a skin forming.
