The Last 15 Bruschetta
Ingredients-serves 4
- Sliced green olives-4 oz
- White onion-1/4 diced
- White navy beans-cooked-6 oz
- Fresh bay leaves-2 tbsp.
chopped
- Oregano-1 tsp
- Crushed garlic-1 tsp
- Tomato-1 large diced
- Olive oil-2 tbsp
- Tomato sauce-4 oz
- 1 tsp. raw cane sugar
- 8 slices of Stonemill toast
- 3 tbsp. of Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine all
ingredients (with the exception of whole grain toast) in a bowl and mix
thoroughly. For best flavor results,
allow to marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours prior to serving. Toast whole grain bread and distribute
bruschetta mix on top. Place on non
stick baking pan in oven and broil for 3-4 minutes. Once removed from oven, sprinkle parmesan
cheese over top and enjoy!
